1. Click on Resident Portal (rp) link below for the application.
2. SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:
   • Two recent paystubs or a recent offer letter (within 30 days).
     • Other sources of additional income considered: Investment account, Dividends, Child Support, Interest, Retirement Income/Savings, Trust Fund Income, Alimony
   • Provide a valid government issued picture ID
     All lessees and intended occupants over the age of 18 years.
     Applicants without a SSN must provide valid documentation from the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). (I-94, I-94W or I20)
     Lease agreements will not be written for terms beyond their expiration date.
3. APPROVAL: Once notified of rental approval, a signed lease must be executed within 3 days. At lease signing the following monies are due in full by Bank Check / Money Order / Certified Check made payable to:
       N.E. SUMMIT ASSOCIATES LLC. in two separate checks.
   
   • 1 month's rent
   • 1-1/2 month rent for security deposit
