Since incorporating as a city in 1899, Summit has become a community known for its tree-lined streets, excellent schools, varied opportunities for worship, successful downtown, gracious homes, cultural offerings, spirit of volunteerism and athletic facilities. New England Village is located in one of Summit's oldest sections of town with sprawling trees and beautiful Victorian homes. NEV is a short walk from the vibrant Summit downtown featuring upscale restaurants, boutique shopping, and direct service to midtown Manhattan.
